Since its inception in 1997, Pulmonary Medicine Update Course series has provided the latest knowledge in Pulmonary medicine and advancements in Respiratory care. This course will continue to address new findings and current clinical research in these areas.
This year, the course will also include lectures covering COPD management. Chronic COPD and its complications are one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality globally, yet recent therapeutic options are able to slow disease progress and improve the quality of life for COPD patients. The course will address novel therapeutics and management strategies for COPD patients.
